Jilayne Lovejoy is corporate counsel at OpenLogic, a provider of open source software support, provisioning, and compliance solutions to enterprises. Jilayne participates in open source industry groups as co-chair of the SPDX'„¢ legal work group; chair of the special interest group on app stores for the European Legal Network; and as a member of the editorial committee for the International Free and Open Source Law Review.
